If you have mobile... first send an SMS and explain the mistake you have done.. dont feel to say sorry... then after some time talk to her on mobile and don't talk about the thing which you have done... just leave that topic and talk something...

I'd say talk things with her, say sorry, and if she wants, give her space to think and be alone. And be sincere in things that you say to her.

Better get him through giving him food because the best way to a woman's heart is food. Better cook him something with all of your heart.
