Who is your most-hated Villain?

After superheroes have been identified. Let us take a look at the dark side. Who is your most-hated villain (whether a real person or a mere character in movies, series, comic books, etc.) and why?
Mine would be Arvin Sloane of Alias. He is the best villain I have ever seen. He portrays his role very well and I really hated him there.

Mumm-Ra, but i don't know why ..maybe because of saying the incantation "Ancient spirits of evil, transform this decayed form to Mumm-Ra, the Ever-Living!” ..kinda annoyed me episode after episode. ThunderCats
