S for stop smoking H for reducing hypertension O for fight against obesity E for doing exercises Can any body add anything else which enables people to take care of their heart?

keep your heart out of cars you could be in an accident also stay away from most meat anything fried anything sugary stay away from trains planes and other people who could carry didease to protect your heart! hope that helps!

you casn eat just nothing that tastes good lol raw or steamed veggies steamed shrimp chicken rice...and traveling could be bad for the heart

Or H for hereditary which basically means youre screwed. There is no cure for receiving a family history of a disease. Just postponement by doing the other things on your list with conviction.
