Have you ever experienced some dilemma when its hard to say NO? there are some situations in our life wherein we just need to say NO. Saying NO is not selfish, not unkind and not wrong but i know its hard. So to be able to say NO we should be rational, positive, brave, guiltless and we should be firm without being judgemental.
