Consider of say a litre not at the day, I 1 glass 2 if I am very thirsty, know it is not right, but am never thirsty.

Yes, i do drink enough water daily. I make it a point to take atleast 2 litres of water daily. In summer i drink a lot more water.

I hav about 5 to 6 glasses of water everyday. Its important to drink lots of water as it keeps ur skin healthy and also keeps the kidney and the lungs functioning properly. Hw much do u hav???

I think i do! I drink a lot of water every day, i almost have a bottle of water in front of me all the time!
