Rates do they earn you money???

im just curious about the rates on the left side of the responses..if you rate them do they make you earn money or not?? plssss hellppp...

who??me?? i mean when you post discussions and then someone respond to your discussion..you can see buttons on the left of the response with + and - signs and !..if you rate the responses that comes to you.. do they earn you money or not??

i dont think we can earn money from ratings but im sure that you can earn rating points or star on rating responses.
