Need advice about work!

Im working now as a Head Technician in an internet cafe here in Philippines. Last December my assistant technician resign to his position because of new job offer to him. My proble is im the only one technician here. i mean i can't work well and i cant give my best to perform my work because i work 12 hours a day without any releiver for my position. last week i recieved a letter from my previous employe. he asked me to return in the company because they need head technician. i love my work now but im stressed out working without any reliever. what will i do?
