i have been trying to secure a paypal account from NIGERI but all efforts had proved abortive as Nigeria is not on the steretyped form that always appear to be filled. Could anyone suggest how I can legally obtain a paypal account? are there any other accounts that receive worldwide recognition or that serve the same purpose?
