I have been trying to open a paypal account from Nigeria but all efforts have proved abortive simply because Nigeria is not on the stereotyped form that should be filled. Could anyone suggest how I can legally obtain a paypal account from Nigeria ? Alternatively, are there any similar account that receive worldwide recognition like paypal?
