visa from accra, ghana to toronto ontario

I have been talking with a young lady in ghana and says she wants to come to Canada and requires a visa. At least she tells me this last week I ask her today to forward a copy marked void to me and got a story it was with immigration. I am only being cautious and somewhat apprehensive. hduncan@bmts.com I need to know how I can be absolutely certain. Thankyou.

You are right to be cautious about someone you have never met in person. Talk to your own Immigration Dept as they are probably the best people to advise you. Good luck.
