for me, the hardest thing to do is comment on things. sometimes, i wanna say something what i don't want about an issue but i am scared to hurt someone's feelings. most of the time, i just hold back and choose to keep quiet.

I think we have to learn to respond in an unobtrusive way, so that we can get better discussion with our peers. This will allow us to come to better conclusions about topics.

I think it is to change the way you react to things. For me it is to quietly accept what happens and not attack all the things I feel that are causing me to be on the defensive. I really need to listen to those things better, to formulate a better response that can get me better resolution of my problems.
