peoples with criminal background can vote

do oyu think that people having criminal background should be allowed to vote

Y not,after all they are the citizen of India. When a criminal can fight elections and become a minister. In present peoples represention act no such debaarings on these criminals.

Unless the crime is prooved and the imprisonment was enforced you even can't say them as criminal. When he is free from punishment he can avail all rights of a normal citizen. One can not vote when he is jail completing his punishment and when he is police costody without any bails, he can't vote. Our law says that a criminal, though has made a crime is a human only as far as his other rights are concerned. The law has a thorough thought behind it's forming. So we can't say any thing like this.

they will only vote first , people who are good enough to understand things will be voting inthe last only.inmy view they shouldnot be allowed t vote, because who ever they votes they wants others also to vote for that candidate only.
