Which one is better SWITCH or HUB?

Which one is better for distributing the internet connection?
A hub or a switch.

i prefer the switch.because the switch is more clever then a hub.the switches have a table which listed the ip number of the computers.it makes the connection faster.the hubs havent got it.when a pc wants to send a data to another pc.this data
is being sended to all pc on the hubs
but on the switch konows client.the data isnt being senden to al pc by switch.so the connection faster....
