I'll say, "Hello, I see you're still a twerp. I see you're still a con. I see you're still a slob. I'm doing very well, thank you very much. I haven't been this happy in my entire life. Breaking up with you was the wisest thing I have ever done". Obviously I'm still mad at the jerk hehehe

It depends how your relationship ended. With some I might be friendly with others I prefer not to meet them at all.
