Did you know that the average person can change environmental legislation?

By phoning or writing to their elected leaders and official, a person has the power to alert these officials to problems they may not know about. If enough people write or call, the issue may be considered important enough for the official to do something.

Yes, that is true. I am currently a member of WWF Passport and of Greenpeace Ocean Defenders, and some of the actions we took already resulted in changing environment legislation in some countries. These sites are free to join. Just browse it on the net.
