please help me in finding a good job

I completed engineering in Electronics and communication and passed out in 2005. After this i worked as software trainee in
c++, on 1 year contract. Now i am jobless, please help me by giving some tips on how do i get a job in an MNC. Please some one give me tips to get a call for an interview from an MNC, and also while facing technical interview and HR interview. I am very new to this field . Please help me out.If any one working in a MNC company, i want to know how the reference will work. I heard reference will work in getting a job in MNC.

Anywhere is an opportunity you need to grab it or you will lose it. Yeah for the interview even for the experience one will prepare properly so do the fresh one. I don't have any tips neccessary, but i will suggest you have to gain your confidence. Clearly know about you field and jobs you want. It really help when you really knowleadgeable than just a paper of degree :)

Thank for your response. Ur right im preparing well about my work . May be after that ill be more confident than now. I am trying but not getting any chance that make me deppressed. I want a job in c++ field i.e software field. I am trying hard to get a call but not successful yet. Anyway thank you for your suggestion. have a nice day
