Management can be learnt with experience and not just by getting a degree.One can inherit the concept of management since childhood by managing her timetable/books/homework and health.Then by being a leader in sports or in class.Managing one's siblings at home.

Well, I believe there are some basic rules to be followed. A management course will show you the direction.

a management course can be learnt by books but actual management will come with experience thats what I think..
