Made these this morning!
2 cups bisquick(premade bisquit flour mix)
2/3 cups milk
1/2 cup shredded cheese (I used cheddar)
1/2 cup meat(I used leftover sausage)
Mix all together. Drop in blobs on greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until golden.

Hi! Thanks for sharing this! My hubby goes to work very early, so he needs something he can grab and take to work. This is an excellent idea! Thanks! BTW, in case you didn't see the post, your easy gorditas were yummy! They were a hit with my family! :-)

Thanks much for the recipe! These sound absolutely delicious! I'm definately going to try them. I also think they'd be good with some cooked and drained bacon in them! The possibilities seem endless with variations!! I'm a lazy cook too! Mainly because I don't have a lot of time. Thank you!! :-)

Okay, I forgot to ask, I am not a cooker so forgive me, but do I have to cook the meat first, or put it in raw? I wanted to make these for my father in law but forgot to ask about the meat.

wow, these sound good! Do they look like a cookie and flatten out? Or do they rise, like a biscuit? They sound delicious and would taste good with a pasta dish! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

What kind of sausage do you use, is it a salami styled one or just your normal BBQ/frying one?

Hmm...not sure what type you down there would use. I use breakfast sausage..it pork/beef sausage. I guess you could try it with whatever your favorite kind is....good luck!
