Cyborg Vs Robot? who would Win and why

Ok we would say Equal Technology went into Both. But a Robot vs Half human quivalent maybe everything the same but it had a human brain maybe alittle advanced. But the Robot would just want to Destory the Cyborg. And the cyborg would have the Will to survive. Also the Cyborg would be more creative and surprise the Robot. Maybe the Robot may win?

Robots arent fully developed as of now so cyborgs have a betr chance

ok thats a good answer. but i was thinking of the year like 2050 maybe so they have more advancement. but if it were now i guess so.
