One choses whether to blow up or not. We chose whether to become angry or not. The negative energy is best used in other ways. Communication is the key to overcoming frustrating situations. Men seem a bit more prone to anger fits and is best worked off in a physical way. Such as running, digging a hole, or working out. Screaming really doesn't accomplish anything.

I actually get really quiet if I do not want others to know that I am angry.
Then I will give a reason to excuse myself so that I may walk away.
But those that know me, have already been able to tell that is what I do. ha ha
So, there really is not a way to hide it from those that have known me for some time.

Hiding anger is not a healthy thing to do - you will simply buildup and eventually explode at an inappropriate time! It is good for you to let others know how you truly feel about things, although some will not welcome your sincerity.
I, however, control my anger by either 1). walk away from the environment, 2). ignore the situation (if not that important), 3). Take deep breaths and be silent until a later time to address the situation (if I consider the situation of any importance) and 4). I sometimes block my ears and/or refuse to listen, and simply pretend the person or situation does not exist (even if the person was standing right before my eyes!)
