how to lose weight?

hi i am 6 feet tall male and weigh around a 100 kg.I don't feel like working out as there is no nice gym in my neighbourhood.Eventhough i have put some restrictions on my diet i'm yet to see any effects of it....pls give some tips on how to lose weight.

Yea, you're having the same problem I had about 4 months ago, didn't feel like going to any gym here, cause they were all really expensive ! Instead I just stopped taking any type of sodas, bought myself some light dumbells to workout with. Also bought a jumping rope to do some cardio workouts.. Without changing any of my food habits, I was able to lost about 9 Kgs from doing the weights and jumping the rope alone. But I recently stopped losing weight and realized I had to change my eating habits a bit if I wanted to lose weight again Now I usually just eat small meals every 3 - 4 hours (every meal is about 300 calories), I also don't eat any type of fried food at all. By changing my eating habits and doing the weights and cardio, I have been able to lost about 0.5 Kgs a week, which is good in my opinion :)

no it is not good...it's great! well doing dumbells and skipping should be elatively easy...not going to gym not coz of expenses but as don't have any time.thanks a lot pal!

1.avoid oily foods 2.avoid foods that are too sweet and have more calory.. 3.do some exercises at home(like "leg raising")for 20 min a day.. 4.avoid cheese and butter. if you want details on some exercises pl do ask me..

just take excercise every morning and walk evening...
