Bankruptcy

Are you under bankruptcy? I still live with my parents they filed for bankruptcy last January and they are in progress losing the house we been looking for a loan to save the house. They filed Chapter 13

I filed in 1994, really had to do it. SOmetimes it just has to be done.

that is no problem, sometimes you just have to do it to be able to get your head back above water.

It could also make it hard to rent as landlords do credit checks now. They could require all money in advance. I would have first and last months rent with a security deposit. I probably wouldnt go for a 1 year lease if I was unsure of payment. I would need to be protected if they didnt pay.

No one will want to loan money to the recently filed bankrupt. I wouldnt risk that if I were to find my money so much at risk.
