Do you get along with your parents?

I am 26 years old and sometimes my mother drives me up the wall. I have a four year old and she is always tryig to tell me what to do with her and how to do it. I am very respectful and I won't ever say anything to her because she will not listen and it will not get us anywhere. Is this normal?

Mothers will always try to give advice to their children. As children who are now adults we can choose what tidbits of information we will use and what we will ignore. My children often roll their eyes when I give them advice. That is their choice.
