What's the single most disturbing thing you've ever witnessed?

And how was your reaction to it? For me it was a viral video of body parts being pulled out of an alligator that had been cut open. It had eaten a little boy and at the end of the clip you could see his head. It just looked like he was sleeping except his face was dark but pale. Incredibly disturbing but I want to see the world for what it is
