its just simple. people just loves Michael Jordan, from being an athlete, a person, a role-model, people just loves everything about him. i do even see people who don't play basketball go buy his brand of shoes (basketball shoes btw coz the jordan brand caters to most sports now) and also the design and coolness of his shoes is just so refreshing to eyes or sometimes out of this world that any person upon seeing a new model would stop and look at it and hope to have it someday. :D
