Yes, and so are women. I just think that men are more prone to forgetfullness which leads to more incidents of promiscuity then women. But I think that the feeling of wanting to be with another mate or to have many mates is natural to both sexes, I think that the actual act of being promiscuous however is a conscious decision that men are more likely to make than women.
