Cold Turkey

It's been 2 years, 1 month , 27 days and counting since my last cigarette . I was a life long smoker who survived a tumor -doc said i had a 50-50 chance . I'm sitting here typing now with a little drink by my side dying for a few puffs , lol . I'm buying , who wants a drink ?

I too quit cold turkey...11 1/2 years ago. I still get the urge every once in a while, but I don't give in. Bubble gum is and was my best friend during those times. I'll take a Tequila Sunrise please? ;)

aww..first off congrats to you and keep faith, chew some gum :)...I'm trying to stop myself...I started back about a year ago and want to stop again..But i dont think my heart is in it like before when i stopped...Yes i want a drink..Vodka and orange juice please.....
