What did you think about the end of the movie Saw III?

Was I the only one surprised at how it ended? I wasn't sure if they are trying to lead into a Saw IV or if that is the way it ends, his daughter is just lost forever. I guess sometimes I want to know the ending of a move, I don't want any room for question. So what do you think? How did you feel about the end of the movie? Is this a lead into a IV, or just a crazy ending to a crazy series of Saw movies? Tell me what you think.

I heard that there is a Saw IV in the making. I hope that it lives up to what we expect to see, as movie lovers. I was really surprised at the twist. Testing 3 people at one, 4 if you count the little girl, that is just insane! But, jigsaw still pulled it off! I am very pleased with this movie, and since another is in the making, I can't wait for that one either!

I agree with you that I look forward to another installment of the saw trilogy. However I do not know if it will be that great, i felt like I was left hanging on the last one. We will see what happens, I can't waite I will be there to see it when it comes out. Thanks for the comments.

I certainly hope it is leading into Saw IV. If it isn't then I will be really bummed. I do wonder how they are going to do a 4th with what else happened in 3, you know what I mean. I don't want to say too much because I don't want to give anything away for people who have not seen it yet.
I think 3 just might be my favorite of the entire series. I just watched it last night so i need to let it sink in a little before I actaully decide.

I agree sunnypub. It was probably my most fav out of all three. And I would like to see a number IV. But I too do not see how it is possible, but honestly I didn't even think they could make a good number III. Boy did they prove me wrong! I watched it again last night, I just can't get over it, it was def. better than II. Thanks for responding.
