How often you go out to have food and what for? just for the change or you are habitual of that?

i go out for dinner every saturday..i go both for fun and change.

i like to take chese and egg products,while eating outside,for breakfast ,but not a lot for food.I think to take only those items for food in which there is little chance of changes.
