Overclocking your brain.

Some times the best exercise is mental or as this guy says sometimes physical exercise helps the brain function better. I tend to agree. I ride my bicycle every morning before I attempt anything that is mentally challanging. A bunch of other tips also. This one is worth looking at.

OHHH i heard about this but i dont suggest doing it when it is hot. I think that if you do physical exercize when it is cool or cold out then it is much more effective.
Also if you feel tired or sick or even in a bad mood i came up with a wierd solution for this. go take a hot shower then in the middle of your shower turn it to cold and finish your shower in the cold. IT IS SO REFRESHING!!! trust me if you do this you will feel much better and have a lot more energy to finish your day.

Physical exercise is just one of twenty-two tips here. Some are better than others but it is worth looking at. I found a few that seem to help and some that I am already doing. There are even a few that I do that people accuse me of wasting time at and I now have a good answer for them.
