Who propose first? Men or women?

In my country where men do the most part of the wooing because women were suppressed a century ago,only now they are able to speak out, express themselves etc. but i should accept that being a very developing country, the trend is changing. whilst men do the courting on 90% of the occasions. Express yourself.

Either one of them. But I think its better the guy to propose first for being gentleman. Unless he don't have the guts to do it. LOL!

I'm talking about issues like this waht our friend myl0taldwin said. See she doesn't want to propose but wants the guy to court her. I think if women feel they love that guy(even if she thinks the guy is neutral towards her) should propose.

Hmmm... knowing girls power they have a lots of ways to let the guy propose (kinda setting him up) or to know if the guy has interest on them.

It should whoever feel they need to. Man, woman, whatever. I think it's great if a woman proposes because it's not the norm.

There rises another question. Its weird for me to imagine a man declining a woman's offer. has that happpended to any girl here on this forum? i just wanna see how that woman feels towards the man. Regards bharath
