are dogs mouth really cleaner than humans?

that is what they say but when i saw a dog clinging a soiled diaper do you think their mouths are clean

Oh Yuk!! I have also heard that fact but there is no way that I could believe it. Dogs eat poo and anything else in site.

Yes they are indeed cleaner then that of humans. U knw there saliva has sm amount of sane liquid in it, whivh keeps their mouth clean. Even whn they get hurt, they just lick their wounds, and they get well very quickly.
