How do you like the movie "The Lady in The Water"

In the film Giamatti acts as a buidling superindent. He found a young woman from the pools he maintains. Soon he found out that she was a character from a bedtime story. The woman is trying to go back home which is supposed in water. The story seems like a fairy tale or imagination legend because the woman has some special power making everyone living in the building try their best to help her. The beasts trying to hurt her are very different from the lifeform on earth. They have grass like but very hard fur on their bodies.
