It's a cool Sunday Morning here in San Diego, Ca. I am just waking up and Sunday is about the only morning I get to have a decent breakfast. I am going to make Pancakes, Eggs and Bacon with Juice, and Hot tea, What are you having today?

Sundays are usually our day to have a hearty breakfast. Usually it is either pancakes or french toast with sausage or bacon, juice and coffee. Today our grandson was here for breakfast and wanted cold cereal. So, he had Reeses cereal, I had oatmeal, and hubby had toast. Of course we had coffee too! Couldn't function without the black brew. Our grandson had juice.

Last week at our friends' house we had toast, eggs, deli meat, cheeses, bacon, coffee, and for those who wanted more there were donuts. That was a bit much for me. The Dutch love to put out a spread for breakfast.

We actually took the time to make Eggs Benedict. I have been "off my oats" for a few days as far as breakfast. But we had it more at Brunch time and I wolfed it down. Pass the Hollandaise please!!

That sounds yummy. I was thinking of going out for breakfast but didn't make it. It's almost lunchtime now. Was thinking about catching a light lunch and maybe a movie today. Have a wonderful day!

My preference is always going out....but I was lazy enough this morning that I didn't want to get all dressed, do my hair and makeup... so I got to stay in my robe and just brush my teeth and ran a brush through my hair made breakfast and it was "Ahhhhhhh home home home"....

Rarely do I eat breakfast but two sunnyside eggs, bacon and some homefries are sounding pretty good right now. Oh - and the coffee.

mmmm...that sounds good. I love a nice hearty breakfast but don't get the chance to make one that often. Unless it's the weekend like you say. I LOVE bacon...have you ever tried turkey bacon. It's good and not as fat...although the fat in bacon is what makes it so good. :) My kids' favorite is "cheesy eggs"...scrambled eggs with cheese melted on top. My husband always makes 'em.
