Does your cat meow when you sneeze?

My cat is so cute. When I sneeze, he meows, and comes running towards me. He seems like he is very concerned. What I want to know, is he saying "Bless You"? ha ha. Or maybe I just scare him. What do you think, and does your cat do this? I had a female cat growing up who also did this. I noticed that if you try to fake sneeze, the cats won't meow. Its like they have a BS detector. HA HA!
