yes. i always try to eat on time and sometimes, even earlier. i am much of an eater. just glad i don't get fat.
it's always better to eat on time than make hours just pass you by. even if i don't feel hungry,i try to eat and put some food inside my stomach. better to be sure than as you say... suffer from gastric ulcer later in life.

My mealtimes are probably as irregular as it is possible to be. At work I take a break when it is convenient, rather than taking a set meal time. I arrive home at around 10-30 PM and tend to eat anytime from then up to about 1 AM.
At the weekends I eat whenever I get round to it, which means that my meals could be at almost any time of day.

During the weekdays I usually eat breakfast at the same time in the morning since I have to be at work at the same time every day. I also have lunch at the same time at work. The weekends my meal times vary since I do not have to get up early or follow a schedule so it depends when I am hungry on those days.

I like to have a routine in my life, so yes, I do like to eat at the same times of the day everyday, so I have a good breakfast as soon as I wake up, then go to the gym, have a good lunch, then in the evening will have my dinner. It does change on Sundays because we have our main meal in the middle of the day instead of at night.

I do try to eat about the same time everyday. On the weekends I am more lax on the times, but we do eat 3 main meals a day. With kids I try to be more on a schedule - if you wait too long they'll get hungry and want to start snacking on things. I'd rather they had a good full meal and not pick and nibble on snack foods.
