Curently, there are many sites on internet that provide us with free cracks and serial numbers of software. Have you ever to use it ? Is it a legal ?

Yes it is definitely illegal, but that does not deter a vast number of people from using these programs. The cost of high quality software can be so high that you would spend far more on programs than on a brand new high end computer, so people have to either use cheaper programs or pirate the better ones to stay up to date.
