Ever wonder why there are so many trouble kids in the world? Do you think it is because the CPS have givin the children the right to determine when they are being abused? Is it because the CPS has taken the right to spank your child away? Don't get me wrong I do not in any way support anyone who knowing abuses a child, but there is a difference between abusing and spanking. Then there is the FOC who uses children as pawns between the parents to make money. The more the parents fight the more motions are put in and the more money they make. This is really sad. Children need to be supported by both parents financially and emotionally unless one is proven to be abusive or a threat to the child. I finally took FOC out of the equasion when it came to my son because all they were doing was causing problems that I didn't want started. When my fathers son said he wanted more time they told him to put in a motion and let the judge decide. You know what I said. "This is your child and if you want more time you got it, I dont need a judge to make that decision you are a good father and your son deserves to have you support". Tell me why any man should have to fight the court and an ex for more time, he should just be given it as long as they have been in the childs life and not a threat.
