I agree with you, running is healthy. I started jogging last year and lost 25 pounds. I usually run outside on trails or at the all weather track at the local high school. When the weather is bad I have a treadmill I will use while I watch tv. I find that listening to my IPod while I run outside makes it easier to do. I am running 5K's right now with hopes of working up to 10 K's.

yes it is very good habbit and it very good for health,i run minimum of 10 kms in the morning,u must do running specially in the morning time to get good results
