While not as often as I'd like, I do still enjoy a board game with the kids here and there. We have NHL monopoly.. which is fun for a change. My son and I will once in a while pull out Battleship. I love scrabble but don't have a board version... so I do play online.

yes, I sometimes still play board games. I like to play chess, risk, scrable, monopoly and the brand new games anti monopoli. The latest is what I really like right now, The usual monopoly is getting boring as it always the same when this new games, you can choose between two side. Competitor and monopolist. But there are no teams, its just that they are in the diffrent sides. This is an interesting game where competitor and monopolist have their own advantages and disadvantages and they try to make it balance. It is a good game to play with 4 people or 6. But 4 is the best I guess.

Yes, we still play board games, especially when I go home to my folks at Christmas time, monopoly is our favourite, and we stay up late to have a marathon game. We will never get fed up with monopoly. You can actually play most if not all of these games on PC now, but it's not the same, I far prefer the board game edition. I used to love Guess Who, that was my favourite game as a kid, as well as chess which I was taught to play at school. They had chess club at school as well as a scrabble club too. Kerplunk I found annoying because of the noise when all the marbles dropped through and the plastic straws would snap or you'd lose the marbles.

I only play board games when I go to visit my grandchildren. I hadn't played snakes and ladders in years, and I had great fun playing with me grandaughter on Christmas day. When we got tired of this, we resurrected the scrabble. The thing is, I get very impatient playing scrabble with anybody, as I am used to playing it on my computer and I hate having to wait while people try to think of a word.

Yes, I do indeed still play board games! I find each time I end up purchasing one that I used to play as a kid.. It is almost like I am revisiting my childhood all over again! I love playing board games such as "Monopoly" or "Snacks & Ladders" or even one of my absolute favorites "Frustration."
I find all of these games remind me of my childhood.. And how I used to pull them out & just play them for hours on end. If no one was willing to play with me.. I found I would even play them by myself sometimes.. I find it funny how I still got enjoyment out of playing these board games.. Even if they we're by myself sometimes!
I know me & my other half are trying to get our hands upon some of these old board games we used to play as kids. For the mean time we tend to actually play just card games. And we'd love to have things such as board games so that we have more things to choose from.
I find board games tend to make time go by a lot faster.. But they also at the same time I find bring people together. I know when I've played board games with my other half in the past.. That it really had lightened the mood in the room. We'd be laughing, or we'd be having so much fun.. That it would help to take our mind off of our problems for a few hours!
I find each time I play board games as of recently.. That they are almost a link to a past life.. They help to bring back a lot of memories.. But I also find playing board games with the person whom you love or even your friends.. Helps to create new memories that you can look back upon years from now..
I love how playing board games helps to bring people together.. But also creates an atmosphere that everyone would love to be apart of.. I think when others see how much fun the people who are playing the board games are having.. They want to be apart of it.. I love that board games have this effect on people.. I know some other board games that I'd love to get my hands on would be ones such as.. Checkers, Mousetrap, Operation, etc someday..
In conclusion.. I still find that I play board games.. And I feel I will still continue to do so years from now.. I love how they tend to help me forget about my problems for a few hours.. But also how they bring people together..
I know when me & my other half have children in the future.. That we'd love to have one day out of the week to just play board games with our children.. To have a game night.. As I know it would be a blast to go ahead & do this with our children we may end up having in the future.. I love board games & I find each time I play them.. I am revisiting my childhood all over again.. But also how the memories of playing board games a a kid seem to pop up each time! . .
Thanks for allowing me to share! xx

Yes, I still enjoy playing board games. They are absolutely fun to play with especially with many people at a time. Things get exciting and I like to laugh and play.
My sister gave her daughter a set of Monopoly last Christmas. I had never had a Monopoly game because my mom never got to buying it for me. Well, since my niece was staying with us for one more week, I looked forward to playing Monopoly with her. We played for 3 days straight and eventually I got so bored and sick of the game! It's because I got tired of the game and there were also less people to play with already.
My mom joined us initially but later she did not want to play anymore. So, it's just me and my niece and it's no more fun to play with each other. Haha!
I kind of like Cluedo too. But, I like Pictionary more. I played with my sister and it was really fun. She made so many jokes and I was laughing all through the game.
And Scrabble is not bad too. I played Scrabble the most among all the board games.
Board games are good. And it's free and enjoyable too. Wish I could play a different game everyday.

I love risk & monopoly (the real, non-online type:P), but it's so hard to find people to play them with you nowadays, especially when you are not a kiddie living in a kiddie world anymore. :(
