If You Could Give An Award To Someone. Who Would That Someone Be?

It would have to be to my husband. He is the only person I have ever met that gets me as well as put up with me. He has great patience and understanding, not with just me but everyone. He is non judgmental and will turn an issue inside and out until he sees "their" point of view. He will drop anything he is doing in a minute to help a friend or stranger. He is a very good man.

My boyfriend, I know it sounds soppy,I'm not a romantic by any means so here's why. When I met Shrek I was 6 months pregnant. When Bong was born he stayed in a lot with me evenings and weekends, he was only 23, I was 27. He built an extension on the back of my bungalow as Bongs Bedroon was a sunlounge and did not have proper walls or roof, he made my room twice the size and fitted an ensuite too. He moved in when we decided to have another baby; agreeing to a lesser share of the home because I needed some safety for my kids. He extended my kitchen when Roo was small, and let me stay at home for the boys. He puts up with my special needs son now 7 and our mad 3 year old. A crazy dog and a loopy cat and although he moans like Shrek I'm vey lucky really,he's a bit of a hero but I wouldn't tell him that.

Gosh, that sounds like my mom also, and yes I would definitely give an award to her, because no matter what, she has always been there...for all of her siblings, grandbabies and their babies. And it was never easy for her, but as a child I never realized just how much of a struggle to ensure our survival she endured. Yep, she would definitely get an award...SS

WOW there are many people who would deserve an award and to narrow it down to one person is a toughie. I guess I would want to give it to the person who has done the most for makind. I would have to research that and find the answers.
