Recently one of our relatives called us and asked if we had some recipes that we could send them. Her mother has diabetes and needs to follow a diet for people in her condition. We found a website that has all sorts of recipes especially for diabetics. Here is the link: http://www.fbnr.com

You are quite welcome for the website. We found that site very useful ourselves too. My wife and I recently went to get our blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure checked. The results came in very good. Our blood sugar was normal, our cholesterol level was normal and our blood pressure was also normal. This was good news. Thanks and '+' & /br'

Cooking is fine, but make sure to cut sugar in it. Most fruits and vegie with high sugar should be cut as well.

I personally eat almost anything, but in moderation, of course. I also exercise quite a bit, so I think I am in good shape. I don't want to wind up with an illness such as diabetes. Thanks
