Suing your neighbor

It would have had to do a lot of damage and it would have to be a last resort to sue them. Otherwise I couldn't picture doing that. I'd try to work things out with the neighbor first. Find out all what happened, be willing to find someway to make it work because if you do sue it it would make things very rough on you and your neighbor. It can ruin any sort of friendship you might have and even make an enemy you don't really need. So if possible I'd find a way to work it out with them without going to court.
