What are some of your goals, maybe you have accomplished everything you sought out for? Was it hard and how did you over come objection?

my goals is to start working like a man. i dont do anything when i go to work and im always being told what to do every second. i want to just be told what to do then maintain myself busy and be fast to go to the next step until work day is over for the day.
