Malay Food are known as spicy food. These are the stereotype given by others who patronise restaurant, food court and eating places. It is not true though. There are some of the Malay food that is not spicy. Normally, this kind of non spicy malay food is seldom being sell outside. That's why people always associate malay food as spicy. Anyway, for those who have try Malay food, do you agree on my statement of spicy yet yummy. Wat say you?

I totally agree with you. Not all our our Malay food are spicy or hot.. Some are outright sweet and some just plain sour...but when u are hungry..nothing beats plain rice, fried fish and the famous "sambal belacan" or "spicy prawn paste"..delicious... Bon Appetit :)
