is it that discussions started by a girl is responded most of the time??

I don't think so. I am a girl but I am struggling to get replies for my posts. So, you may have gotten it all wrong when you said discussions started by girls get the most reply. I think it depends on the topic posted. If more members can relate to the topic being posted, then that topic would get a lot of replies. It doesn't at all depend on who post the discussion. Well, that's only from my point of view.
