well , i think its a natural thing that a person gets anger in some situations and to avoid you should be calm and quite well this happens to me also most of the time .. and i think to aviod it .. keeep your self calm and quite and try not to fight.. this would help you much ... well at times when i was a kid of 18 , 19 age , i use to fight. .. and not only fight we have a TEAM a full team of 12 to 15 boys to fight if anyone comes in a way so i think its not a good thing .. and i thing its a non-maturity thing... try to be calm and handle the situation ... this is the best thing

The best remedy is meditation. If you meditate daily for half an hour, you'll slowly succeed in controlling your anger. Or, from next time when you become angry just count 1-10 slowly in your heart. This helps a lot in being controlled while in anger. Yes, its not something to laugh, it does work in controlling self while angry.

I think the best thing that you can do is put yourself in the other persons shoes. What I mean is, imagine how the other person feels. Try not to get so upset by life. It happens to all of us, and sometimes we can't just walk away. If you learn some patience, it makes is easier to deal with. Life will hand us all troubles, you need to learn to make the best out of a bad situation. Always try to think positive. There are reasons people do things, and I have found that most of the time someone messes up, it is not directed at you. That person was not out to hurt you or make you mad on purpose, it just happens that way sometimes. So, think positive, learn patience, think about how the other person feels.

I think it's best if you count 1 to 5 before you respond to your anger; then try deep-breathing since it helps you relax. and then, think about the fact that frowning or being stressed hastens your aging process. (and just keep looking at the bright side of life)(",)
