Does anyone rate the pictures that are uploaded

I'm new here to my Mylots and was just wondering about the pictures that are uploaded continuosly to this site. I have a couple of questions about the pictures. My first question is do people actually rate these pictures? If so what do you look for when giving a positive rating? Second question if you are looking at these pictures do you report the pornographic pictures that are being uploaded? Third when uploading pictures if they are positively rated is that how you get paid? I'm very curious about what pictures are allowed to be uploaded as I read that pornographic pictures were not to be uploaded. I also read that no copywrighted pictures were to be uploaded. I have seen tons of pictures right out of movies, models, actors and actresses. I have also seen about 3 dozen or more pornographic pictures. I know that their are always people that will break the rules out there. I'm trying to be clear before uploading any pictures as to what is exactly exceptable, and what is good subject content?
