Do know what is AIDS & how it is aquired?

Many people do not have the knowledge of one of the most deadly diseases of today - AIDS. This is because the awareness regarding this disease has still not reached enough people. The world has become a smaller place because of technology and communication, but this has done little to spread the awareness regarding AIDS. How do you guys think we can utilize myLot to spread AIDS awareness?

I don't understand how people do not know about AIDS. It has been around more than 20 years, how do they not know, where are they living?
