How long will it take to cool down?

If you are angry, then how long will it take to cool down.. you will automatically cool down or you need anything speical to come back to normal?

i get angry very easily and it stays there forsome what....forever lol un less and untill i have my revenge or they come to me apologising

when ever i get i prefer to go and sleep for a while or to be away from everyone and will come back when me angry cools down,i always like to be calm but because of my friends i will be angry some times.....

what will friends do to you, to make you angry.. im wondering is that possible to get angry by your friends?
